Ansel's new discovery this past week....his shadow. He loves it. He tries to grab it off the wall, he talks to it, laughs at it, and just gets really excited to see it.

This is our family journal which began with the birth of Ansel on Dec. 13, 2005. He was 12 weeks early (28weeker)and weighed 2 lbs. 4oz. He's come a long way! Eli joined our family March 20,2010, and then Addilyn arrived June 05, 2012. We couldn't be happier!

Ansel needs to have My Child's Garden of Verses by Robert Louis Stevenson with the poem "My Shadow". I always liked that one. I have your Grandpa C.'s book as well as my own. Both are well-used old books. Remind me sometime if you'd like to have one of the copies. There are other good poems as well that Ansel would probably enjoy listening to you read to him. That shadow was a little more menacing than Ansel's.
He is so sweet and he has the wonderful trait of being able to see good in everything. Love, Ansel's fan!
